If you’ve ever made it up to the Catskills then chances are you’ve heard of Scribner’s Catskill and Lodge. 

Known for “welcoming a new generation of urban explorers” this property along with it’s on site restaurant, Prospect, has a great reputation amongst the locals. 

While the communal space and restaurant give off more of a modern rustic cabin vibe, the 38 guest rooms are clean and minimal (think contemporary).  

If you’re looking for a place to unwind, then Scribners is the place for you. We spent our time hanging out on the balcony (check the gorgeous view below) , lounging by the fire pit and pool, decompressing in the sauna, and of course indulging in the delicious drinks and food.
