Who knew a stay at a barn could be so exceptional? We sure didn't! A trip to Maine has been on our minds for quite some time now, so when we were invited up to stay a few nights at the White Barn Inn we couldn't pass it up . Nestled in the small town of Kennebunkport, which if full of that quintessential American charm.
Upon arrival, the service at White Barn really stood out to us, we were greeted by the friendly staff whom gave us a tour of the property and escorted us up to our room. Once we made it up to our loft suite, we couldn’t help but to fall in love with the charm of our room. The exposed brick and the spacious interiors make the comfort level of White Barn Inn top notch. Even more excitement set in once we saw the bathroom. Lets just say, the soaking tub is what dreams are made of.
While this property is quaint, it's not lacking in anything. There’s a spa, heated pool, fire pit, complimentary bikes to hit the town, and a lounge full of games. But perhaps the best experience at White Barn is happening right in the kitchen!
Having a meal at White Barn Inn is a culinary experience in and of itself. Executive Chef Matthew Padilla decided to focus on a coastal-inspired menu and these dishes feel more like masterpieces. The restaurant is set inside of a stunning rustic barn dining room. A meal here is not to be missed!
A trip to Kennebunkport during the fall season is already breathtakingly beautiful, but a luxurious stay at White Barn Inn really topped it off.
