We really didn’t want to begin this write up with “This is most beautiful home we have ever stayed in”, but it’s true! THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOME WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN!! This century old home known as The Hayfield House is tucked away in the back hills of the Catskills. The timing of our visit couldn’t have been more perfect, as the weather was brisk and the foliage had just begun. That gave us even more of a reason to run in and start a fire in the cozy yet elegant living room. From the moment you walk into Hayfield, you are in awe.
