We are still dreaming about our stay at Hasbrouck House. After spending a few days at this restored hotel from the 18th century, we can definitely say it's one of our favorite places in The Hudson Valley. Our suite (located in The Stable House) was extremely spacious featuring 2 bedrooms, a mini kitchen, and the bathroom of our dreams. Seriously guys, that tub is something magical! We were also wowed by our dinner at Butterfield, the restaurant of Hasbrouck House. We chowed down on a lovely spread which included duck, chicken, duck patae, and beet salad. After a few drinks at the bar, we headed back to our room and melted right into what might be the world's comfiest bed.
Everything about this place is perfection! We're already counting down the days until our next stay.
