We don't discriminate, especially when it comes to our food. So, when we found out there was a vegan restaurant located right across the street from our hotel we were eager to try it. The menu boast a lot of flavorful items such as the Crunchwrap, and the Sonoran Hot Dog. When you walk into Poco, you will notice other vendors setup shop that gives Bisbee that outdoor market feel.
