It’s not often that we travel to midtown, but when we do it’s usually for a good reason, and Blank Slate is one of them. This cafe is really on top of it, when it comes to good food and coffee.
We we’re pretty impressed by everything we ordered. The salmon plate and B.E.C +LT aren’t your typical coffee shop entrees at Blank Slate. They are packed with a ton flavor that’ll have you wanting more . The standout of this meal was the Matcha Coconut Bowl . It had the perfect balance of health and deliciousness while also being filling.
With an ample amount of seating and a non intrusive vibe, it’s easy to see how people can spend all day at Blank Skate.
