Polite Provisions sits in North Park, the hip neighborhood of San Diego. Once a drugstore, they’ve converted the space to a cocktail bar, and boy is it stunning! Stepping foot inside really transported us to a different time, especially with the vintage apothecary vibes. The menu is extremely clever with really creative cocktails by the legendary Erick Castro. They even have a curated list of cocktails from local bartenders, which we thought this was a really cool idea. This place isn’t to be missed if you’re ever in San Diego. Drink up!
