We hardly ever make our way to Long Island City, but when we do, we’re always impressed by its growth and the new restaurants we see popping up. Bellwether, just happens to be one of those new amazing restaurant that’ll definitely keep us coming back for more. We ohhhh'd and ahhhh'd over the octopus and lamb neck, but the beef carpaccio aka potato chip, and the patty melt get honorable mentions. So to those of you in Long Island City, be sure to check out Bellwether and to those of you not in Long Island City, still make sure you check it out. It’s worth the trip, and you won’t be sorry.
