If this is what a true southern brunch is like, then we need it in our lives every weekend! We couldn't get enough of the delicious food at The Collins Corner. So much so, that we were thinking about ordering even more food after our brunch, because everything was just too freaking good! We highly recommend ordering the 'Tag this Hash" and the 'Swine time Beni'.
