We stopped at Sia Kara for drinks after spending most of the day on a Ernest Hemingway tour with Cuba Travel Network. This is one of the trendier spots in Cuba, and you can tell as soon as you walk in by the hip crowd and eclectic vibes . Although we didn't have a chance to eat here, the food looked delicious and the Pina Coladas were some of the best we've ever had. Word on the street is that they have amazing live music come evening.
